Questions

Does this include the actual 2026 Royal Mail and courier cut-off dates?

No — carrier cut-off dates change every year and aren't published far enough in advance to print reliably. Instead, this planner gives you a dedicated tracker and the exact method to work out your own last order dates once the carriers publish their official dates each autumn, so it stays accurate every single year you use it.

I sell at craft fairs as well as on Etsy — is this still useful?

Yes. Section 7 specifically covers blocking out fair dates against your online capacity, and the capacity audit in Section 2 works for any production-based handmade business, not just online orders.

What if I make items with a long cure/dry time, like candles or resin?

The capacity formula in Section 2 explicitly asks you to include wait time (drying, curing, cooling) when calculating time-per-unit, so your weekly capacity number already accounts for it.

Is this a printable PDF or a spreadsheet?

It's written as a set of worksheets and checklists designed to be printed and filled in by hand, or copied into your own notes app or spreadsheet if you prefer typing your numbers.

I'm a new seller with no sales history to base capacity on — can I still use this?

Yes. Section 2's audit is based on your available hours and production speed, not past order volume, so it works even without a sales history — you simply test and adjust your cap once real orders start coming in.
